Booking and Payment

When you book a tour or use our services, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the due date. All prices are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your reservation for free if done before 2 PM, 20 days prior to your arrival. However, if you cancel your reservation within 20 days of your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the entire duration of your trip. Additionally, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied for the entire length of your trip.

Changes to Your Booking

If you require any modifications to your booking, kindly get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested changes; however, please note that we cannot guarantee their feasibility. Please be aware that changes may be subject to additional fees.

Liability

We are not liable for any injury, Health issues, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during your tour or while using our services. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. We are not liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

Code of Conduct

We expect our customers to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during their tour or while using our services. We expect our customers to respect the environment and local communities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials is owned by us or our partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

We retain the right to modify these terms and conditions at any given time without prior notification. Any alterations will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. By continuing to utilize our services following the posting of such changes, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms and conditions as binding.
