About Us
Moksha Stories Pvt Ltd is a responsible travel company, resolute to give a new meaning to the traveling experience. Currently based in Central Kerala, we look upon ourselves as pioneers in curating rural and community-based experiences. As licensed tour operators, our greatest aspects are the stories of our community, artisans, and its numerous traditions.
- We come from a land where storytelling has been a tradition.
- It has been imbibed into us through our cultural DNA.
- Ever since our childhood, we are aware of its magic and magnitude.
- Its various artforms, communities, customs, traditions, etc - all unanimously convey the transcendental beauty of this land and its legends.
- These stories shape us to be who we are and how we perceive the world.
- Many storytelling traditions today face challenges like never before.
- Many of the people involved in art forms are less privileged and confined to a region.
- Now it is upon us as a travel company to carry their messages to as many people before they fade out completely.
- We add character to your journeys by introducing such stories, people, and experiences like never before.
- This very aspect sets us apart as the lives and lore we introduce, have been part of our lives ever since we know.
- Therefore, we perceive this process as an art.
- An art in its true essence; allowing our guests to interact with an alternate world waiting to be explored.
"We believe that tourism is a force for good if it operates at a human scale, where an individual or a small group of people can connect, converse, laugh and exchange. Moksha Stories are determined in creating such bespoke experiences with the right blend of content suited for you."

Our Team
Sreejith Palliyil
Sreejith always had an inclination towards folklore and local arts since his college days. He used to spend his weekends travelling where he found out about indigenous communities that practiced familial crafts. He felt the urgent requirement of documenting and uplifting these crafts which were beginning to disappear as the artists no longer could make a livelihood by merely performing their age-old traditions. He understood that tourism could change the fates of these crafts and the artists alike, if their work is being appreciated. Moksha stories have been a game changer in this travel niche and Sreejith stands true to its vision, sparing a sense of pride in everything we do to everyone involved. He is an ex-retail banker.
Arjun V
Arjun is a masters graduate in Travel and Tourism. He has hands-on experience as a Guest Relations Executive and designing tours for a prominent resort in Thailand. His exposure and experience with handling foreign clients and extensive experiences from travelling in Thailand have helped us venture to many more niches as a travel company. He likes living close to nature and his love for culture and music prompted him to spread the goodness of our abundant resources across the globe.
Chathu, Our Four-Legged Companion
If we ever need to pick a favourite member from our team, we would unanimously vote for Chathu, our Chief Happiness Officer at Moksha. He brings around a sense of security and fills us with the pleasantness of a non-judgemental soul which unbelievably, gives immense strength. He is incharge of rubbing off happiness on everyone, mingles well with our guests and team. When the global pandemic has hit us all into gloom and confined us into our own shells, Chathu played about bringing in the necessary dose of cheer on our faces.
